The safety of our clients and team members remains our highest priority. We have worked diligently since the pandemic has surfaced to update and enhance our already high quality safety standards. Please read below regarding some of the additional precautionary measures that we have implemented to promote client and employee safety.
OUR SAFETY COMMITMENT
Our landlord has invested in a new air purification system for the entire building (a costly investment), plus a smaller room size unit that runs all day for additional safety. We are very proud of this since your safety is our priority!
All tools, stations, and work areas are sanitized in between each client. Every employee has been certified in proper sanitation and disinfection procedures. These procedures are consistent with the highest industry standard and with CDC, OSHA, and State regulations.
The Spa is cleaned and disinfected on a regular schedule using EPA registered, hospital grade, non irritating disinfectants.
All laundry is single use before laundering. Soiled linens are transported to the laundry area in a designated container.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
An appointment is required.
Clients may book appointments by booking online or calling 603-957-2778.
Our cancellation policy has been revised and no charges will be assessed due to cancellation for illness.
UPON ARRIVAL
Clients are no longer required to wear face masks for the duration of their visit. Please note, all employees are still required to wear a mask.
EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS
All employees have received safety protocols and precaution training prior to entering the workplace.
Each area will be sanitized between guests and each treatment room disinfected between each guest. All tools will be disinfected or (if single use) disposed of after each use.
Estheticians are instructed to stay home if they are sick.
Employees are required to wear a face mask.
